What are your gym hours?

We are open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, including holidays. Happy Hour starts at 7:00 PM daily with special discounts on day passes! For special events or emergencies, please contact us directly.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes! We have certified personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions tailored to your fitness goals. You can book them through your member profile online or at our front desk. Rates vary based on trainer experience and package options. Our trainers specialize in strength training, weight loss, athletic conditioning, and rehabilitation.

What membership options are available?

We offer flexible membership plans to suit your lifestyle:

  • Daily Pass: ₱150
  • 1 Month: ₱1,500
  • 3 Months: ₱3,600
  • 6 Months: ₱6,000
  • 12 Months: ₱9,000

Choose what works best for you! All memberships include access to all facilities and equipment.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, we allow membership freezes for up to 2 months per year without losing your membership. This is perfect for travel, illness, or unexpected life changes. Contact our front desk staff to discuss your specific situation and freeze options. A freeze is better than canceling!

What equipment do you have?

We have state-of-the-art equipment to support all fitness levels and goals:

  • Free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells)
  • Cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machines)
  • Strength training machines (leg press, chest press, lat pulldown, etc.)
  • Functional training areas (CrossFit zones, battle ropes, TRX)
  • Group fitness studios (Yoga, Zumba, Spinning)
  • Recovery areas (stretching zones, foam rolling)
Do you offer group classes?

Absolutely! We offer various group classes throughout the week:

  • Yoga (Morning & Evening)
  • Zumba (High energy dance fitness)
  • CrossFit (Functional strength)
  • Spinning (Indoor cycling)
  • HIIT (High intensity interval training)
  • Boxing fitness
  • Pilates (Core strength)

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

  • Memberships can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase with full refund
  • After 30 days, cancellation fees may apply
  • We recommend freezing your membership instead of canceling
  • To cancel, submit a written request to the front desk

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Members can bring one guest per visit at no additional cost (guest liability form required on first visit). Your guest will receive the same access to all facilities and equipment. Your guest must sign in at the front desk upon arrival. This is a great way to share your fitness journey with friends and family!
